Forklifts & Moffetts - Pre-Use Inspection Form

Attached to this article is the pre-use inspection form for all Standard and Moffett style forklifts.

Employees are responsible for completing a pre-use inspection and documenting their findings daily using the attached form.  

Supervisors are responsible for collecting these forms from employees once completed, retaining these records, and ensuring that sufficient copies of this form are available with each forklift and Moffett.
