Attached is the current version of the company procedures for the safe use and inspection of any standard counterbalanced forklift or Moffett truck-mounted forklift.
Employees must review and agree to adhere to these procedures as part of their responsibilities under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA). Supervisors are responsible to ensure that employees are complying with these procedures.
