If you have an incident that meets the following criteria:
- Affects multiple branches or all branches;
- Has no known workaround; and
- Completely disables or severely hinders productivity
submit an Urgent Priority incident to the Help Desk and call x128 to alert them of the severity of the incident.
If you have an incident that meets the following criteria:
- An entire branch or multiple branches;
- Has a workaround but requires significant effort or human capital to complete
- Has a major impact on employee productivity (in some instances, can also disable employee productivity)
Submit a High Priority incident to the Help Desk and call x128 to alert them of the incident.
